Okay, now this list is gonna be sweet! We all know cartoon characters need personality. Like a jerky, selfish douchebag that we all love. And tonight, I'm counting down the 15 most loveable douchebags in animation. It's 5 steps higher than 10, right? I will give out a rule, however, that villains are not allowed. (That means you, Joker.) We want the main protagonist to be a jerk that we all love.
So, let's laugh at your face for the 15 most loveable douchebags in animation!
Let's start today from 15 to 11.
15. Roger the Alien (American Dad!)
I know what you guys are thinking, "if American Dad! is one of your favorite shows of all time, why is the most loveable jerk in the show low on the list?" Let's say there has been some stiff competition here.
He's an alien from Stan Smith and his family, that he's kept hiding, but keeps on disguising himself as someone different.
Roger the Alien is a douchebag that we all know and love. Sure he has some really jerky attitude and he comes off as a dick, but we all love him because of that. His disguises are, of course, the highlight. Ricky Spanish, anyone?
14. Kuzsco (The Emperor's New Groove)
I love this movie! I love it! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! Kuzsco is an emperor that has a selfish, but caring attitude. I mean, he and Yzma are tough with each other, giving Yzma a revenge, which is to turn him into a llama. Kuzsco comes out as a protagonist that's full of himself. Rarely in Disney movies did we have a hero that's full of himself. I mean, okay, Darkwing Duck is one, but that's a television show.
Originally, The Emperor's New Groove wasn't suppose to be that movie, but instead was Kingdom of the Sun, where it has some of the characters from the final product, but more of a serious, Prince and the Pauper story, but I still like it this way. I mean, a king jerk? What's there not to like?
13. Pigeon (Mike Tyson Mysteries)
Mike Tyson Mysteries wouldn't be complete without a pigeon that wants sex. And I mean sex! Pigeon is one, and he is, of course, a douchebag, but cares about the mystery team. Voiced by Norm MacDonald, he makes it funny as time progresses. And boy, this shows!
What makes Pigeon likeable as a jerk is how he treats the team. Like that one episode where he moves away. His attitude is spot-on!
12. Eric Cartman (South Park)
I'm of course talking about a kid out of the four main characters that is jerk, but all in good fun. Who wouldn't laugh at his dickish antics. I mean, poking fun at not just Kyle, but Kenny and Stan. Looks like we have winner of all the main four!
Originally, it was suppose to be named Kenny, in the college short, The Spirit of Christmas: Frosty vs. Jesus. But starting with the internet short, Santa vs. Jesus, and the main show, South Park, he was Cartman, and he didn't die after all.
11. Master Shake (Aqua Teen Hunger Force)
Originally was gonna be Carl, but it was tough! Goddamn it was tough! So the winner is Master Shake. In all honesty, who doesn't want a shake that can badmouth Meatwad and Frylock in good fun? He is a jerk that rolls with everything!
And with the voice of Dana Snyder, I want him to voice in my proj- PLEASE VOICE IN MY PROJECT, I'LL PAY WITH MONEY! pls?
