(I'm baaaaaack!)
NOTE: The rules regarding this Nuzlocke run can be found in Chapter 1.
In this part, I go through Victory road to the Pokemon League, where I shall start battling the Elite Four.

Blaze It (L46 Vileplume)
RNGsus (L47 Kadabra)
AngryDragn (L47 Charizard)
MIRACLES (L36 Magneton)
Hen Tie II (L44 Tentacruel)
ShortStack (L46 Dugtrio)
I begin this chapter by grinding a few more levels on MIRACLES. After all, at this point in the game, anything below level 40 is pretty risky.
After getting him to level 41, I head westward, where I once again come across Dongles, who has trained as much as I have between the Silph Co. encounter and now. He opens with Pidgeot, now level 47, while I open with MIRACLES. MIRACLES 2-shots his Pidgeot. He switches to Growlithe, while I switch to Hen Tie II. Growlithe gets one-shot. He then switches to Alakazam. I have no real counters, so I switch to AngryDragn, who hopefully can get the job done. Thankfully, he doesn’t use any offensive moves, and I take him out with a wing attack-slash one-two punch. His next choice is Blastoise, who I respond to with Blaze It. I 3-shot him with 2 Giga Drains and a Petal Dance. He then uses Rhyhorn. I switch back to Hen Tie II, who one-shots him with Surf. Finally, he switches to Exeggcute, who gets one-shot by Angry Dragon’s Flamethrower.
I start passing through the Badge checking area, coming across a wild Fearow along the way. While I intend to catch it, it proves too powerful, and as to not risk any casualties, I run away from it.
I make it to Victory Road, where I’m promptly blocked by boulders. I make my way back to the Viridian Pokemon Center, where I get Chuk out in exchange for RNGsus.
I push through the cave, almost losing MIRACLES to a rogue Sheer Cold. I manage to make it through to the other side, where the league awaits me.
But first, as you can imagine, I need to do some serious grinding. Only one pokemon on my team is even past level 50, so I’d get wrecked instantly if I tried to take on the Elite Four now.
Unfortunately, while grinding, I come across another tragedy: I come across a wild Marowak, who I fight with Hen Tie II. I hit him with Surf, getting him to literally 1 HP. He hits me with Bonemarang, killing Hen Tie II. So like her father, Hen Tie II perished.
I bring out Kahuna, and continue grinding, eventually farming the bikers on top of Cycling Road, and then the wild pokemon on One Island. After leveling my pokemon adequately, I go to Celadon City, buy coins from the Game Corner, and get myself a Miracle Seed for Blaze It, a Mystic Water for Kahuna, and a Charcoal for AngryDragn. Additionally, I get Ice Beam for Kahuna and Thunderbolt for Miracles.
Now, my party looks like so:
Blaze It (L56 Vileplume)
RNGsus (L59 Kadabra)
AngryDragn (L61 Charizard)
MIRACLES (L53 Magneton)
Kahuna (L59 Golduck)
ShortStack (L54 Dugtrio)
Will my absurd amount of preparation pay off for me? We shall see...
Lorelei is up first. She opens with Dewgong, while I open with MIRACLES. I hit first with Thunderbolt, which takes all but a sliver of Dewgong’s health. Dewgong counters with Surf, which takes almost half of MIRACLES’s health away. She uses a full restore, while I hit with Thunderbolt again, taking Dewgong out. She switches to Cloyster, while I switch to Blaze It. I one-shot Cloyster with Petal Dance. She switches to Slowbro, which gets two-shot with a combination of Petal Dance and Giga Drain. She switches to Lapras, while I switch to RNGsus. She uses Body Slam, which paralyzes RNGsus, causing Lapras to get paralyzed in the process. I switch to Kahuna, who starts whittling down Lapras’s health, only for Lorelei to use a Full Restore. Lapras gets a few more Body Slams in before I switch to Blaze It. Blaze it gets Body Slammed then Ice Beamed, but manages to knock out Lapras with Petal Dance before being able to get K.O.’d. Finally, Lorelei sends out Jynx, who gets one-shot by AngryDragn’s Flamethrower. While the match has multiple close calls, I triumph with no casualties.
Bruno is up next. He opens with Onix, while I open with Blaze It, who makes quick work of his Onix with a Petal Dance. He switches to Hitmonchan, while I switch to RNGsus. I one-shot Hitmonchan with Psychic, then his Hitmonlee the same way. He switches to his other Onix, who meets the same fate as the previous Onix. Finally, his Machamp gets one-shot with Psychic. Compared to Lorelei, who almost took out a few of my Pokemon, the fight against Bruno was hilariously one-sided.
And I shall close the chapter here. Will I be able to take out the rest of the Elite Four? Will I claim my place as champion of the Pokemon League, or will I crumble? Find out next time as I take on the remainder of the Elite Four on Darkie Does Nuzlocke!
