Yes, that's right, I had that
It was hard, but it was worth it
I'm still astonished, shocked even
Okay that was a bad joke, gentlemen
But my word, I sure felt lit
I feel just like a wildcat
How did it begin though?
Well, it was a rainy week in April
It made hail looked like confetti
When it fell, it sounded like a machete
I was getting back to my house on a hill
But then suddenly came that dangerous glow
There she was, why was she there?
Her radiance brought me closer
I had no words, but I walked spellbound
Tried to get near enough, but I just went round
Was it because of shame? No sir!
I just wanted to see if she was fair
Soon she touched me and I felt a jolt
I saw her in nothing more than plasma
It blasted through my body with vigor
Little did I expect the overwhelming rigor
My mind went on the fritz, right into a coma
That all happened in less time than a bolt
After that moment, I desired her whole
Coming back to her was quite a feat
She wasn't gone, but neither present
Turning this king into a dying peasant
I didn't stop, the end here would not be defeat
But soon, my sanity came to a toll
Don't worry though, I got it back together
I found her again, she was silent as a spy
Her energy was still violent but charming
Good that there was nothing alarming
She forgot about me, figures, I'm a plain guy
To be fair, she traveled a lot, so I felt better
Well, I should go, I've had my fifth
Gonna get fresh air and a sound mind
I should have gone slower, but I had fun
Much like I did with that sweet honey bun
Say, what's that outside? It's making me blind
Could it be? Will I finally get my myth?
It was hard, but it was worth it
I'm still astonished, shocked even
